Nicola understood exactly what we were looking for, kept in regular contact, got objectives completed quickly and consistently and most importantly designed a great site! However what arguably impressed us most about Nicola was the way she read up on our industry, so she understood exactly what we were about and was able to use this knowledge in the design of our website.
